These terms govern your use of the Predictive History Method platform, including free tools and paid subscriptions. They are written in plain English. Where we collect personal data, our Privacy Policy explains exactly what, why, and how.
The Predictive History Method platform is operated by Sang Heeringa, trading as Predictive History Method™, registered in the Netherlands. References to “PHM”, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these terms refer to this operator. Contact: enquiries@predictivehistorymethod.com
The Predictive History Method platform provides geopolitical signal intelligence tools for executive decision-making. This includes the PHM Diagnostic, Signal Index, Signal Watch, Executive Briefing Centre, Impact Index, and associated research outputs.
The content on this platform is for informational and strategic planning purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action. You use the information provided at your own discretion and risk. PHM does not predict the future — it translates observable signals into structured decision frameworks.
The PHM Diagnostic (Level 1 result), Signal Index, and Impact Index are free to access. The free diagnostic requires no registration and collects no personal data beyond a session cookie used to maintain the diagnostic state during your visit. When you submit a company URL, it is processed via our AI provider to generate your signal map. No URL data is stored by PHM after processing.
Free access provides a Level 1 result: your signal identified, COGS impact across three scenarios, your first action in full, and your preparation window. Additional diagnostic depth requires a subscription.
PHM Intelligence is a paid subscription tier providing full diagnostic access, the complete action layer, scenario branches with financial deltas, Signal Watch entries, and the Executive Briefing Centre.
Pricing: €297 per month (monthly plan) or €2,400 per year (annual plan, billed upfront). Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.
Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable billing interval. You will receive a receipt by email for each charge.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will not receive a separate reminder before renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing enquiries@predictivehistorymethod.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid period.
Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not materially used the subscriber content, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the annual renewal date are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused months.
Trial periods: Where a free trial is offered, payment is charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
When you subscribe, you consent to receiving transactional emails (receipts, account notices, service updates) and, separately, editorial communications including Signal Watch entries and platform updates. You may opt out of editorial communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
If you subscribe to the PHM Signal Watch or newsletter separately from a paid subscription, your email address is stored in our email platform (Mailchimp). You may unsubscribe at any time.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of this platform or its methodology without prior written permission. Subscriber content is licensed for your personal professional use only — it may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with third parties.
You may use this platform for your own professional research and decision-making. You may share links to publicly accessible pages. You may quote brief extracts with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or represent PHM methodology or outputs as your own work. Automated scraping of platform content is prohibited.
PHM provides geopolitical signal analysis based on observable historical patterns and current data. We make no guarantee that any signal, scenario, or recommended action will produce any particular outcome. Signal analysis is inherently uncertain. You are responsible for your own decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHM’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to PHM in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
This platform uses third-party services to function, including Stripe (payment processing), Mailchimp (email communications), Anthropic (AI signal analysis), Netlify (hosting), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policies. By using this platform you acknowledge that data may be processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
